1. Definitions

• "Bonus": Any promotional offer, free bet, deposit match, cashback, or other incentive provided by lpo138 to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC (Know Your Customer)": The identity verification process requiring Users to submit identification documents (Indonesian National ID / KTP, proof of address, selfie verification) to confirm their identity, age, and residency.
• "WIB": Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the primary time zone used for lpo138 operations, customer support hours, and promotional periods.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and use lpo138 services. This age requirement aligns with Indonesian legal standards for gambling participation. 2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To create an lpo138 account, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including full legal name (as shown on your Indonesian National ID / KTP), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and phone number.
• Create a secure password that meets our security requirements (minimum 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, and numbers).

• Verify your email address and phone number through the confirmation links and codes we send.
• Complete KYC verification by submitting clear copies or photos of your Indonesian National ID (KTP), proof of residential address dated within the last 3 months, and a selfie holding your KTP for identity confirmation.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) account on lpo138. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If lpo138 detects multiple accounts registered under the same name, address, IP address, device, payment method, or other identifying factors, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close all associated accounts, void all bets, cancel all bonuses, and confiscate all funds held in those accounts. This rule exists to prevent bonus abuse, fraud, and unfair gameplay.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized that activity. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify lpo138 customer support immediately. lpo138 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain security.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

lpo138 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified for certain payment methods. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

3.2 Deposit Verification

All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from accounts not belonging to the User) are strictly prohibited and will be rejected. If lpo138 identifies a third-party deposit, the funds will be returned to the originating account (minus any applicable processing fees), and your account may be suspended pending investigation. This policy prevents money laundering and ensures compliance with financial regulations.

3.3 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal from your lpo138 account, you must:

• Have completed full KYC verification (submission and approval of your Indonesian National ID / KTP, proof of address, and selfie verification).
• Meet any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses you have received (see Section 4 on Bonuses).
• Withdraw to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name matching your KYC documents.
• Request a withdrawal amount that meets the minimum threshold (typically Rp 100,000, though this may vary by payment method).

3.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

lpo138 aims to process withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Standard processing times are as follows:

• Major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): 1-3 hours during business hours WIB, up to 24 hours during weekends or holidays.
• Other banks (CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon): 3-6 hours during business hours, up to 24 hours during off-peak times.
• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): 15 minutes to 3 hours depending on the provider's processing capacity.

These are estimated timeframes and actual processing may vary. lpo138 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Large withdrawals exceeding Rp 20,000,000 may require enhanced verification and take longer to process.

3.5 Withdrawal Fees

lpo138 does not charge fees for withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge their own fees for receiving funds, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any fees imposed by your financial institution.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

lpo138 may offer various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, tournament prizes, and VIP rewards. 4.2 Wagering Requirements

For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling 10 times the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility. 4.3 Bonus Abuse

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, placing opposite bets to guarantee profit while clearing wagering requirements, exploiting software errors or glitches to gain unfair advantage, using betting patterns or strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. If lpo138 detects bonus abuse, we will void all bonuses, cancel all bets placed with bonus funds, confiscate winnings, and permanently close your account.

4.4 Bonus Discretion

lpo138 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude certain Users from bonus eligibility based on account history, betting patterns, or suspected abuse. Bonus offers are discretionary and not guaranteed to any User.

5. Betting Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Bet Acceptance

lpo138 reserves the right to accept or reject any bet at our sole discretion. We may refuse bets that exceed our maximum stake limits, appear suspicious or fraudulent, target pricing errors or technical glitches, or violate our betting rules. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed in your account history, it is considered valid and binding (subject to the other terms in this section).

5.2 Bet Settlement

All bets are settled based on the official results provided by the relevant sports league, governing body, or game provider. For football betting, results are based on the score at the end of regular time unless otherwise specified (e.g., "Match Winner including Extra Time"). For live casino games, results are determined by the game provider's system and dealer decisions. For slots and RNG games, results are determined by the game's random number generator and cannot be disputed.

5.3 Evident Errors

If lpo138 identifies an evident error in odds, prices, results, or bet settlement (including but not limited to incorrect odds due to data feed errors, typographical mistakes, or technical glitches), we reserve the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. "Evident errors" are mistakes that a reasonable person would recognize as obviously incorrect (e.g., football match odds listed as 500.00 for the favorite, slot payout of Rp 1,000,000,000 from a Rp 1,000 bet due to a software bug). Users cannot claim winnings resulting from evident errors.

5.4 Prohibited Betting Practices

The following betting practices are strictly prohibited:

• Arbitrage betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies across different platforms or markets to guarantee profit.
• Syndicate betting: Coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes or share insider information.
• Late betting / Courtsiding: Placing bets on live events using information obtained faster than our odds compilers (e.g., attending a match in person and betting before the TV broadcast updates).
• Bot usage: Using automated software, scripts, or bots to place bets.
• Collusion: Working with other players in poker, casino games, or betting markets to gain unfair advantage.

Violation of these rules will result in voiding of bets, confiscation of winnings, and permanent account closure.

6. Responsible Gaming

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 User-Initiated Closure

You may close your lpo138 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before account closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds (subject to wagering requirements and verification). Once closed, you will not be able to access your account history or reopen the account without contacting support.

7.2 lpo138-Initiated Suspension or Closure

lpo138 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time if:

• You breach any term in these Terms & Conditions.
• You provide false information during registration or KYC verification.
• You are found to be under 21 years of age.
• You engage in bonus abuse, fraud, collusion, or other prohibited activities.
• You create multiple accounts.

If your account is closed for breach of terms, lpo138 may confiscate all funds in the account. If your account is closed for other reasons not involving misconduct, remaining funds will be returned to you after verification.

All content on the lpo138 platform including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, images, software, and game interfaces are the intellectual property of lpo138 or our licensed partners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on lpo138 without express written permission. Unauthorized use of lpo138 intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

lpo138 provides betting and gaming services "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. lpo138 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

Our total liability to you for any claim related to lpo138 services is limited to the amount you deposited into your account during the 90 days preceding the claim.
